Reviews
"Very bad dining experience. I rarely ever leave bad reviews however, this experience warrants one. Our waitress was very rude and I hate to say it but incompetent. She brought the wrong dish to our table and when we politely told her we had ordered another dish she blamed us and said we must have pointed to the wrong thing. We ordered a hot tea (the only beverage ANY of us ordered and it took 25 minutes longer than any of the food) we ordered the stir fry noodles, seasoning was alright but all the vegetables were raw. The plates we were served on were cracked. There was a male waiter who was so nice and honestly running the whole restaurant. He was great, she was abysmal. Beware."
"This is the worst place we have ever had food from. There was a dead cockroach in the fried rice. Thankfully it was right on top and we found as soon as we opened the container. Please don't get food from Dian Xin unless you want to eat cockroaches. Really bad!"
"This place is a gem! Wish I had found it sooner on our trip. It's quiet and small. Some of the best fried rice I've ever had. I really liked the sesame seed chicken. It has a thick sweet and sour type sauce, crunchy battered chicken. We had several types of buns and they were super good. Service was really friendly and efficient. The wontons in the spicy sauce are SO good. Just really good quality food and a nice change from the fried foods found everywhere else in the Quarter."
"Visited on a Wednesday night around 8:30 PM (they close at 9 and let us order before the kitchen closed). We got plum sake, beer, vegetarian pan fried noodles, spring rolls, and veggie bao - everything was SO good! The noodles were seasoned perfectly! Service was great. Would recommend for anyone craving Chinese in New Orleans!"
