"Spent 30$ and waited at least 20 minutes after being asked to pull around to the front and someone would bring the order right out... After about 10 minutes we walked inside to get the order that still wasn't ready. Waiting happens I get that places are short staffed and it was kind of late at night... But after all that money and waiting, the entire order was wrong. Some items were missing altogether, employees were not friendly to say the least and didn't even apologize for the ridiculously long wait time, having to walk in after waiting twice as long as I should have, then they can't even make a taco with meat and cheese only, if you don't like your job or simply can't perform basic tasks correctly maybe you should get a different job because I feel like anyone can make a taco with no lettuce. Just lazy and dgaf"

"Need to do better with recruiting! Because when you select, sauces on the kiosk..the employee (s) doesn’t give it to you but they tell you the sauces are right there. And these kiosks are a waste of peoples times because some of them (people) don’t have time to wait..so, get rid of them kiosks and do better job at hiring a recruiting team members (employees). And the short girl who “might” be the manager of this TB location rolled her eyes after an inspector turned around and was walking out. And also another employee was laughing when the “might” be manager was rolling her eyes. When I left after I was finished eating, didn’t even attempt to say have a good day or what not"

"I went to this location around 11:30PM on 12/4/2022. I ordered a Deluxe Cravings Box, a Mexican Pizza, Nacho Bell Grande w/ extra beef and cheese no sour cream and a Cheesy Gordita Crunch sub Steak. Get back to my hotel room... no Chalupa that was suppose to come with the box. The Gordita Crunch had 6 pieces of steak and no lettuce. I spent $30 there. Was NOT worth my money. I try not to sit in the window too long because I kno they are on a timer. But next time I'm checking all my food before I pull off. I won't be courteous to your timer since you can't be courteous to make sure I get what I paid for."
