"Damone was my service provider. Honestly I have always been a Rising Cane’s supporter but after receiving service from this young man, my wife and I will always bring our family here for dinner. Damone this is a huge thank you from the Savoy’s expressing our love for Chick fil A. We have had your service several time and I will say you are a wonderful Teammate and asset Here at this Business. I hope that management sees your abilities. If not I’ll come back and hire you."

"This has been my favorite fast food restaurant however the quality has gone down lately. I ordered a sprite w my meal and it taste horrible. I'm not sure what it taste like. I was only able to take 1 sip before tossing it out."

"It was a pleasant experience where I got a delicious chicken sandwich and crispy soft fries. The chicken was tender and juicy, and the buns soft and fresh. The service is fast and friendly, and they greet you with a smile. The restaurant is clean and comfortable, and they have a great play area for kids."

"Menu is posted at the head of the drive through line. There is always a long line at meal times and you have to wait until you get there to order which makes your wait longer and the others behind you have to wait longer. The service by all employees is excellent and they could be more efficient if they didn't have to go get menus to give customers because management refuses to put menu signs closer to the end of the lines."

"I have experienced multiple instances of poor customer service at this location. As someone who has worked in customer service before, I understand that things happen and that we as humans make mistakes. However, at this location I have come across multiple rude staff members on various occasions. While waiting at the window for my food, 2 of the staff members were joking around as I sat waiting to be greeted. One person turned around as if I had interrupted their conversation. Although it’s great to see the employees enjoying their time at work with their coworkers, this should NEVER come at the expense of the customer. There have been times where I did not receive a portion of my order or received the wrong thing because of this very reason. I also had to wait a while for a mobile order that had been placed at least 30 minutes prior. This isn’t my first time ordering ahead of time through the Chick Fil A app and experiencing longer wait times while trying to pick up my food at this location. I tried filing a complaint with management by calling and leaving a message regarding the mishap in the past and never received any response. This needs to be addressed."
