"Got seated. Waited 20 minutes for a server to come to the table. Nobody ever came. The place had 4 tables occupied in the entire restaurant. So its not like the server was in the weeds and was too busy. I ended up leaving. Not a staff member in sight in the whole restaurant. Consistently poor service here. I have no idea how this place is still in business. Im done going here."

"Stopped by Chili’s for an appetizer of Chips and salsa. I love their chips so I got 2 orders to go. I got home and opened the chips only to find they were so stale, they were like rubber. Both bags of chips were not edible at all. I brought them back and the server acted like I was exaggerating but offered to bake more. Overall, the service and food have gotten less appealing with each visit. Hope they start doing better."

The restaurant was spotlessly clean; my waitress, who worked behind the bar and I do not know her name, was very good, friendly, you could hear it in the tone of her voice & the look in her eyes, helpful, fast on the uptake, and always came by at the right times, not too much, and not too little; I had the Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadillas & they were outstanding in quantity & quality. Four Months Earlier... A good dining experience, thank-you. The food was very good. We had the $25 for 2 dinners. We had the fresh guacamole with chips appetizer, we both had the chicken fajitas, and cheesecake for dessert. The service was good, the food was good in both quality & quantity, and we enjoyed ourselves. Thank-you. The only negative was we had to have a regular table because my wife is in a wheelchair. That put them in a high-speed wobble, they forgot about us, and we spent a while waiting for a table. Two years earlier... Nothing really bad, or good, to report, just middle of the road in every aspect. My wife and I go there from time to time. She likes the food there better than I do. The food is okay. Again, it is nothing to brag about or complain about too much. The price is middle of the road, not too pricey and not cheap. The waitress was a bit 'weak' on this visit but she is just one of many..."

"Chili's is one of my favorite places to go for dinner. They have a wide variety of choices. Normally I don't have any issues but tonight was the exception. The server was very inattentive. The food was great, as always. Hopefully better next time."
