"Randomly popped into here as we passing by yesterday and very glad we did. We shared the 4 taco combo, loved the flavours and the food was wonderful! My taco of choice is the steak flank one! Mac and Cheese didn't disappoint either. Really well priced."

"I have visited the Rum House twice, while visiting New Orleans. During my first visit I was blown away by the wonderful tapestry of menu selections of tacos. The second visit did not disappoint. I’d recommend giving this a place a try, and be forewarned if you ordered the nachos bring at least 2 to 3 others."

"Fantastic meal. No wait on a Sunday night. Great service. Will definitely be back next time we are in town. I am not a fan of boiled greens ( with the steak) and should have subbed for something else... but wow, get the key lime pie. It is one of a kind and i was glad i still had room for it... probably because i skipped the greens. It is amazing!"

"Unique flavors I haven't seen anywhere else. While most of the restaurants in the area are offering cajun/creole food, Rum House offers something entirely different! The mojito I got was one of the tastiest mojitos I've ever had, and the food was pretty on-point, too. I got 3 tacos--there are about 15 you can mix and match--and each one was delightful! I get the impression the place is always busy. My friend and I showed up around 2p on a Monday, and even then, it was SUPER busy, and we almost couldn't find a seat, so I can only imagine what it's like during peak meal times. The prices are a little on the higher side, but compared to all the other restaurants in the area, the prices are pretty comparable."
