"Got a baconzilla with a strip of bacon. I understand sometimes it will take awhile to make more bacon, or mistakes happen or whatever, but the way she handed me the bag, I can tell it was purposeful. I didn't even do anything but she was so mad she wouldn't look at me when handing it to me, must've been the shame that she knew she screwed me over. It's sad because they don't have rally where I live and I was so excited to get the baconzilla I love and get screwed. Again mistakes happen, etc, but her attitude told me otherwise so I left a review. The guy that was first at the window was super on point, probably the manager."
"Rallys is just good tasting burgers. It's a greasy sloppy mess but I can't help but suggest the loaded fries. I wasn't impressed w the ai ordering but the food is still good as always."
"The manager with the dreads is very rude and horrible. I would usually try my best not to order anything when he’s there but my kids wanted ice cream. I shouldn’t have to avoid ordering at this location because of his attitude and the way he mishandles customers. I’m sick of his filthy attitude. He had my kids stand outside the window for 20 minutes waiting for ice cream after they ordered already. From 8:10pm to 8:35pm. I believe that the ONLY reason they received the order was because I said something about the wait, for JUST ICE CREAM!!!!. Something NEEDS to be done ASAP! . Multiple times I came to this location and he always has a horrible attitude, so I started avoiding ordering when he is at work. No reason should I have to drive out my way just to go get food from another location because of him!"
"They try They do try. Apparently they aremt properly stocked because the location doesn't make enough. The sign says chocolate ice cream is back. Well,where is it? The two to 3 employees that are on for rushes d o their best but they are quickly mowed down by the onslaught. But they do their best, corporate."
"Didn't even get through the drive through. We were sitting at the board trying to decide what we wanted. They came to the box and asked what they could get us. I said "We need a few minutes please." They left us to our this. Not even 3 minutes later they come on and say "Do you know what you want yet?" In a non so pleasant tone. I then said, "No, we needed a few minutes, I didn't say we were really yet." They said "Excuse me? Oh, you have a nice day." Then refused to answer the box when we were ready."
