Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

"I walked in to Cane's and there was a lady ordering. I waited in line while 3 other employees stood by the register waiting for the finished order I guess. It took a good 4-5 minutes to complete the order and I waited, the other employees waited. Just as she finished ordering I stepped up to order and 2 more people came in the door. Immediately, another employee opened a register and started helping them. Why was I standing there waiting if someone else could have taken my order? My 2nd time at Cane's, chicken was salty, the crinkle cut fries and Toast was ok."

"I usually order the box combo or the 3 piece combo, but the chicken is not always fresh, even the fries aint...they be saggy and cold. When I go to the drive thru window I pay them $12 expecting my chicken fingers to be fresh and hot, and not chicken that has been sitting for hours, so the fries. shame on yall that is not because it should always be."

"Never had a problem with raising canes giving me my order. They are always fast and ask if you need anything else like ketchup or more napkins and it's closer to me perfect. Also very welcoming and warm inside and out"

"Chicken is half the size that it used to be. You get a lot less fries as well. I have no issue paying more, as the prices have gone up, but I expect the food to remain the same. You pay more and get 1/2 the food. Do not recommend"
