"Decent food, terrible service and unreasonable people. Ordered DoorDash, tried to add a couple extra sauces and was willing to pay for it. When there was no way to do so on the site, I called right after I placed the order and ask if I could have a few extra sauces, they said I’d have to pay (I ordered two entrees and they said the most they would give me is one sauce). I was annoyed by this point that they would not just throw in a couple of sauces into a 50 dollar order, but I said fine, and was willing to give a credit card over the phone for a few extra sauces. Then she said they won’t take credit cart orders under 5 dollars! So she *offered* me the opportunity to spend 5 dollars at one dollar a piece to add on to the order. I said no and that that was very unreasonable and that this was poor service. Then she hung up on me. Pitiful service and a complete lack of customer appreciation. Will not be going back."
