"About a month ago I ordered and I was charged extra for steak (I didn’t ask for extra) that the lady put on my sandwich and when I told her I used to work for subway and that wasn’t the right way to charge me she kept saying I’m supposed to get charged extra . she wouldn’t give me my money back until I asked for her manager.The manager had to tell her give me back my money."

"This is the second time I ordered and the older gentleman with the dot on his head questions what I'm asking for on my sub. I get a veggie delight, NO meat. He barley puts any veggies on so at the end, again, I asked for more onions and pickles. He proceeds to say, " I already put it on there", like he did the last time I came in. Who is he to question what I get on my sub. I never had a problem with the other sandwich makers in 6 yrs. I won't come back there until he leaves."

"I ordered a ColdCut Trio/w Bacon Footlong Meal while omw to work about 5 weeks ago. The meat was so nasty tasting,it tasted as if it had been left out or sitting in the refrigerator for a long time uncovered. I was so upset & disappointed. I haven't eaten Subway since,Because I'm Afraid it may happen again.I've been eating subway for over 30 years & have never had such a terrible experience with their food.My suggestion is that the staff pay attention By Doing "INVENTORY " & Keeping on their products at the REQUIRED TEMPERATURE LEVELS ENSURING FRESHNESS AT ALL TIMES!! "STAND ON SUBWAY'S MOTTO FOR "FRESHNESS ""

"The sandwich was very fresh and good but the beacon wasn't fully cooked. They should warm the beacon on a piece of wax/parchment paper, warm it, and then put it on the sandwich. But overall my food was nice and fresh."
