"Po-Boy King certianly lived up to its name. The 12 inch soft shell is amazing. Fried to perfection with just the right amount of spice in the batter. Definetly something to check out. When Bourban street is to busy for you take a 15 minute drive out of the city and I promise you wont be disappointed."
"The service was great in terms of friendliness and time it took to prepare. The establishment itself is reminiscent of times gone by . . . small and unassuming. It is outdated overall but I think it works and gives it a different ambiance. I had a catfish po'boy. It was just okay. The catfish was a tad mushy -- I like it crispier. The french bread and "dressing" was good, however. I would not return."
"Poboys were okay, nothing special. The fried okra was pretty good though. Note: the 6’ Poboys are pretty filling."
"Mom & Pop joint, but don't judge a book by its cover! We loved everything and will come back. Good service! (Check the price difference between the sizes...sometimes it's worth it and sometimes it's pricey.)"
"The food here is good. Not only do they havepo- boys, but they also have daily lunch plates. Friendly staff and Chef Tony is great too. Good quality food at reasonable prices. They also sell Dat sauce.... And Dat ketchup.... it's great for adding to your specialty burgers or just for dipping your French fries. Got to try this place!"
