"We have had a maintenance contract with Butcher for many years to maintain our units. Through it all, we have NEVER had an unprofessional or inexperienced technician. Last week when a technician was here we discussed purchasing a new unit. We were advised last summer our coil had a leak. Ryan came out to review our options and answered all our questions. Great experience! Today, Courtland and Randy installed our unit. Again, great experience! Very professional!
