"I go to HD when I know exactly what I want to buy. HD employees don't know anything about anything hardware. If you want knowledgeable folks, go to an Ace store or similar. I do like the fact that HD stores your receipts, and returns are fairly easy."

"Last week I posted how helpful the Home Depot Store in Broussard was. I was completely blown away. This review is on their delivery service.....IT SUCKS! I was told it would be delivered on today before noon. Called them because the tracking number they gave me was not correct. Told their delivery guy picks up from all locations before delivering and now its pushed back because they have just one delivery truck. Delivery time is now expected to be by 8 pm, which is 8 hours later. Home Depot does not care if the customer is inconvenienced in anyway shape fashion or form. Never will I get anything from them again, because the store says one thing and then delivery is totally different....not on the same page."

"Ryan was helpful , and didn’t get young lady name at the self checkout but she was sweet. Unfortunately for this location PAT , was horrible. She literally was WAY over in customer service, almost ran and fell trying to chase me and my mom exiting the store and accused us of stealing. The young lady at self checkout, assisted us with our checkout process and was helpful. Its sad PAT acting in such a manner. There is no excuse to accuse someone of theft. I probably should have turned around and returned the item just for her behavior. Moving forward, I wont be a returning customer."
