"There were 6 customers waiting inside. One of the employees ran to the back because her phone was going off. She was on her phone having a personal conversation while working on my smoothie bowl. She grabbed fruit with her bare hands after touching her phone. Phones are some of the dirtiest objects we touch."

"Would give 0 stars if I could I Went in to get a smoothie told the young lady I wanted a large chocolate slim n trim she said the register was down so I waited 1 girl told the other do you know how to make that she said no the girl told her it is water cocoa powder and ice she proceeded to make it without nonfat milk or bananas like it says on the menu. I said never mind and left I am not paying for chocolate water they need more training.."

"The last few times I’ve gone I’ve ordered online and when I get there nobody is making my order and there are no other customers. My smoothie has been consistently poor quality with chunks of ice and missing/extra ingredients. This place used to be very consistent but I’m not going back anymore."

"My last two visits here have been below what I expect and demand. Last time I did an online order and the wrong size was made despite it being on the ticket. The girl working the counter made me go back to my vehicle to Hey my phone and show that it was ordered as a large despite the fact that I was charged for a large. This time I show up after the time it should have been made on the order and nothing was there. I get asked if I went to the right location which I read to them the address on my mobile app. Then the ticket was found to make the order."
