"Overall very fast and friendly service. My daughter was having a problem with her washer staining her clothes. She pulled the tub and cleaned everything she could and was still having issues. Mr appliance came out and looked at the washer and listened to it run and said she had done everything she could. Tech suggested getting a better filter system for the house and doing a couple cleaning cycles. I got to her house the next day and looked at the washer. I took the water lines off and pulled out the 2 screen filters in the washer and they both were covered in dirt and debris. I called Mr appliance and said I was a little disappointed that this wasn’t checked on the service call. I was told that the screen filters are part of the water system and not the washer and the tech checked the entire washer. These screens are inside the washer and have to be pulled out. I’m not sure how these would not be considered part of the washer."
