"Self checkout was the only option, and when I needed assistance with an item that would not properly scan, I received a whole lot of attitude. Additionally, the assistant wanted to charge the pipe by the foot for a 10 foot 1 inch PVC pipe. Result they tried charge me $64 for an $8.21 product. Whole check out was filled with attitude. I will travel to another store to avoid that attitude because it is not the first time."

"Lowe's is great. The workers and people that work there are the best and prices are way better than the prices in Lafayette. They have a great great variety of lots of things. This is my number one tool and lawn and hardware store. I go to no other."

"I was in the lumber section looking for sheets of plywood. I asked a guy named Jalan for assistance and he rudely told me that he didn’t know or care to help me. And yes this is no exaggeration!!! I am so taken back that someone could be so disrespectful to a customer. I don’t know what kind of business Lowe’s is trying to run in abbeville but it is unacceptable and I am never returning to this location"

"What can I say its a hardware store they have the products but boy are they lacking customer service. Pro sales is great and ready to accommodate but other than that you will get better customer service at a prison commissary. Ahh the truth hurts. Don't kid yourself though, the orange place across the street isn't any better."
