"I need to file a complaint at your St Charles St Houma La. Shop Rite. The manager is so unprofessional. She speaks to her employees horrible in front of customers. She is so rude and makes her employees cry. There have had other customers shocked at how she treats her employees. She definitely is NOT manager material. Someone needs to send her to manager and ethics school. I believe her name is Carol. This is serious and needs to be addressed ASAP!"
