"My people usually know me by name, not sure if they means I go too much, but that is so nice! They always fix my iced coffee and have it waiting. The consistency of it being just right depends on who is making it, I guess but I always drink it no matter what!"
"Mobile order was running late to pickup due to traffic called them, they said they would "remake" my drink for me but instead all they did was take my original drink add ice and blend essentially watering down my drink I would have rather had the full flavor of the original melted drink."

"I think we might have just gotten the same person twice and hopefully they get much better. All other drinks have been fine so far. Handing me a trenta FROZEN pineapple passionfruit lemonade refresher drink looking like this, on 2 SEPARATE visits should never be okay. Management should take note and fix it, because it can't just be me."
