"Calvin Klein is one of my favorite stores, i visited the one in New Orleans Riverwalk Outlet and two of your workers Shannon and Angelle were very helpful, with sizes and I spent less than i was expecting to spend. I especially loved the Megan line. I plan to shop there more."

"I was called "stupid" by a young male associate in the store window. Used to wearing a mask and didn't have it on?Are you a mannequin? Why was he staring like a psycho at me from the display window? There were no customers in the store and it's not difficult to see why. Poor representative of a retail establishment. My hands were literally shaking after I took his picture. First impression = TRASH. What a shame, I actually wear CK underwear."

"Calvin Klein Review I’m wearing a visible Calvin Klein tshirt, Calvin Klein shorts and a Calvin Klein black hat. Although you can’t see...I’m wearing Calvin Klein underwear. My partner and I walk into the small store with two female associates in the middle of the store gossiping about somebody’s boy. No greeting when we entered. After about 5 mins I say out loud “I wonder why we weren’t greeted.” This 1 foot from the gals. NOTHING. My partner says “Nope we weren’t even greeted” me now looking directly at the gals with a smile and they role their eyes and continue gossiping. We look around and notice a girl waiting to check out. I turn to the gals and say “she needs a cashier to check her out please”. They act annoyed and go towards the cash register. I say “What if y’all have a district manager walk in” in a calm tone with a smile. They laugh and say nothing. We leave and go across to coach and immediately greeted with smiles! Get it together Calvin! Teach actual costumer service please! Take the feedback and revamp this store. I absolutely will not shop here ever again and make sure my friends know the treatment they will receive before entering the store at their own risk."
