"What a wonderful experience with a company. My 8 year old Samsung Dryer went out this week. I called on Wednesday and they came out Thursday. When the original repair didn't fix the problem, they sent someone out the next day. Eathan did a fantastic job, very polite and good customer service skills. Enjoyed working with everyone and would highly recommend."

"Tom came to repair a dryer about 3 weeks ago, the dryer stopped a week ago. Got on the phone and called Nate and he set me up for an appointment today. I took PTO and it was a NO SHOW! Called and they said they didn’t put me me down. Wasted time. Now Michelle is not answering the phone . Just give me my money back. Bad business and I don’t do business like this. Just unprofessional."

"I called Songy for the first time today for dryer service and received same day service which was very impressive. In walks Ethan who was very polite throughout having a tough time with my old dryer but he worked very hard and waited a while to make sure the dryer was running before leaving. He shared great tips, even got up some glass that was behind the dryer and other things. I felt he went over and beyond. And I would definitely call again for any appliance repairs!!
