"Local stores are nice to be able to drop in and grab athletic shoes and a few sports related items. Stores are hit and miss on staff quality, return policy, and general customer service. This is my major issue with this chain, and especially aggravating for a typically full retail price store with upper name brand goods."

"Hibbets site and door at store said they opened at 10:00. The woman opening was 15-20 minutes late. I was waiting outside. Then I still couldn't go inside when she opened because she said she had to count her drawer, and then came back to tell me the system was down. I waited. I really wanted these shoes for my grands. Then, there was a 25% off sign on the Nike Air 27 C shoes one grandchild wanted. The male attendant checked and calculated for me to be sure. When I checked out, the woman would not apply the discount, and they quickly removed the sign."

"This location is in need of good employees, the existing staff as of 3/20/22 seems like they dint want to be there at all, they're either sitting around on their phones or trying to ignore confrontation in general, I witnessed a few customers walk in while I was in there and when questions were asked there was little to no effort in the response. Nice location, great variety, but poor customer service."
