"They were suppose to be there between 3 and 6 my dad had to wave them down at 6:45 and they scraped the headboard and they brought the wrong screws for the bed so they couldn’t put it up so they said 11 the next day they got there at 3 the time my dad sat there and waited was ridiculous especially yesterday when the man said specifically 11 to meet them there and got there at 3 my father told them about the scratch and they said that’s how it came out the plastic out the truck when 2 people said they didn’t have plastic when it came out the truck right now I am not to happy for the money I am spending and was going to get my appliances from there but now have second thoughts"

"I’ve been a loyal customer originated in the Laplace location. The manager there was a great guy. Helpful, efficient and always on point. He relocated and so did my business. However the Donaldsonville location is unprofessional, unethical and rude. Once I’m done with the items I have now I will never return there as a customer."
