"Our brand new stove top came from here. We used it less than 3 times before we smelled gas. Confirmed with a plumber there was a leak. Gorman Brothers sent out their tech. He also confirmed. Had to order parts. Fixed it. Didn’t get to use our NEW stove top for a whole month. Customer service was not what we expected. I wish the urgency on fixing our stove top was the same urgency they had when calling us about my review."

"We have been through a nightmare with washers and dryers at our office. We have been through 3 used sets in 5 years. After the 3rd one bit the dust we decided to buy new. Went to Lowe’s. Was told it would be delivered in 7-10 days. That turned into a month. We finally get the machine and it didn’t work. They wanted to repair it. We said “no, come and get it”. I then called Lauren at Gorman Brothers. She was extremely helpful. I was able to do everything over the phone. Never even had to step foot in the store! Delivered the next day!
