"The selection here is really good, but the staff are really mean and terrible to everyone. They mock you, roll their eyes at you. If you tell them hello the stare back at you with either angry or dead eyes. I understand that they probably deal with rude people on a daily basis, but I don't see the benefit in treating the ones that aren't rude so poorly. There's no reason for that much ugliness and just out right meanness."

"Edit: They also write on/ staple the clothing in an effort to drive off resellers, legitimately RUINING stock and inventory here. this place has been hiking up prices to get a sweet sweet taste of the value of the items that can come through the store. only issue is, this isn’t a consignment store. Every item that comes through Red white and blue is donation based, meant to serve the community and the people in it. The prices at this store rival retail, most of the staff is rude, and a lot of stuff is broken. horrible thrift store"

"I ask for assistance from one of the workers in the men's pants are with pants sizes and get a shoulder shrug and a smug look. Ask if she can at least point me to where the size required may be and get looked at with a look of contempt and then completely ignored. So much for the purpose of a thrift store .. compassion and kindness to it's community; or at least some sort of professionalism. Employee needs to be educated on customer service and perhaps some professional development and work ethics training."

"Don't trust the sticker prices on anything. Found matching shoes for me and my littles that were going to be 50% off only to be told VERY rudely that they go by the prices on the bottom of the shoes and not the sticker prices. So where as I would have paid $26 for 3 pairs of shoes I was not going to pay over $75. The prices are garbage and the customer service is just as bad. just because the registers are up high doesn't mean that you can talk down to the customers."

"This place is a joke and i wish i could give it no stars. No fitting rooms and no returns if something doesn't fit. The prices of things are laughable. Candles that one could get at the dollar store for a dollar were marked up to $3. The wall hangings i paid $8 for were marked .99 cents inside when i opened it. Staff is insanity rude. I do not recommend ever going to this place. Please donate to small thrift stores."
