"Hixson repaired my 4wd by replacing my actuator. 11 months and only 1500 miles later my 4wd went out again. They would not warranty my actuator that I paid the first time for, because my truck is lifted. It was lifted when they fixed it the first time. I was told I had a 12 month warranty on that part until I brought it to them. They told me they could fix both actuators for additional $3700. They kept my truck for 3 weeks and kept giving me excuses on how they couldn’t get a hold of the warranty department. I bought a car from them last year. Both of my parents drive Toyotas. Because of this incident I’m letting all my friends know how hixson handles their business. Even Toyota in lake Charles was surprised and told me to bring my business to them, that they would take care of me. Josh, the service manager at hixson went above and beyond to try to fixed the issue. I believe if there were more people that cared like him, i believe that part would have been warranted and there wouldn’t be an issue. Somebody above him made the call. Myself and family will never do business again with hixson Toyota in Leesville, la."
