"The Whataburger on Ambassador in Laffayette is by far the best Whataburger restaurant I've ever been to (and I've traveled across the country many times). From the manager, Monica, to the staff and the cooks, our experience was the most pleasant in a long time. The restaurant is clean, and the staff is courteous and well dressed. The customer service is amazing! We placed a HUGE order to feed our students who are in Lafayette for the annual Beta Convention, and the staff at this Whataburger restaurant was able to help us from the moment we called them on the phone. They never made us feel like an inconvenience. It is hard to give such positive feedback nowadays, but this establishment deserves it and much more. I wish this level of customer service was offered everywhere. Simply the best and a great example for all. Thank you for our 32 burgers! Whataburger on Ambassador is the BEST!! "oh Whataburger… I mean you can’t go wrong! Well, you can but this happens to me my favorite fast food restaurant. The burgers are delicious and taste like their homemade. Fixings falling off the sandwich. Definitely give it that homemade vibe but the combination was delicious. The fries were great… My favorite, fast food, fries and then the chocolate milkshake was just lovely! Again my favorite milkshake from fast food restaurant. All around I’m just really impressed with this chain and every time I’m down south I search it out and have an incredible meal. Will return here andloved that. They had a Mardi Gras Whataburger necklace."

"Went inside to eat. The cashier was very polite, manager was nice but seemed as if there was somewhere else he'd rather be. My order was accurate, everything I added to my cheese burger was there and everything I asked extra for was there also! My onion rings were hot and fresh, my cheese burger also!"
