Reviews
"Don't waste your time. I went there with two containers of gentle used and some new clothes and shoes. They took about 20 minutes to slot and then barely took anything. I don't even think they looked at everything."
"Love taking my girls here and letting them pick out whatever they want without spending an arm and a leg. We love gently used attire and they have a great selection too."
"I only gave the one store so that I’m able to post this review. From the time I walked into the store with my items, I was given an attitude. I’m not racist but being a young black woman, I believe I was racially profiled because I’m black. The girl at the counter gave me the slip to fill out and while I’m doing that she’s looking at me under eyed. I asked her if something was wrong and she said no I’m just waiting for the paperwork. She told me it would be a few hours and to come back before 4 pm. I called them right before 2pm and asked if they were done, she told me yes and I could head over. I get there and she handed me back the entire tote and said my clothing and shoes were unacceptable due to being old. I gave her a confused look and say, oookkk! When I got my tote you could tell that she nor her co workers went thru the clothing or the shoes. Everything was just as I left it. I have fashion nova clothing and heels that were barely worn in here. Clothing still with tags as well. If you didn’t want clothing from a black woman or person of color at all, she could have just said that instead of wasting my time. I will never ever return to this place again. Thanks for nothing!!"
"I’ve never felt more unwelcome anywhere than this place. Yeah sure they greet you when you walk in but let’s talk about how they talk to you while you’re shopping. I asked the girl whom I believe runs the Instagram account if she or someone could grab a sweater off a mannequin for me, I got “when we have time” as a response. Okay cool. When I wanted to try on my clothes, the girl closest to the try on rooms, I asked her “can I go in this open one?” She looked me up and down like I said something offensive, and just looked away without answer. I get y’all don’t get commission off purchases but without customers, you don’t have jobs. So maybe treat them a TAD better. Thanks."
"I have severe allergies and I cannot shop here from the overwhelming fragrance they douse the clothing with or spray. It absolutely stinks, idk if they have 100 glade plug ins or what but it's overpowering. And all the clothes smell like it for weeks. Even after a vinegar soak."
