Doug's Service Company

"This is a continuation of my previous review about my disgust with Doug's. I don't understand how a unit that was placed in my home in 2020 is needing repairs and of course it's the most expensive repair- a freon leak!!!! Of course it would be a freon leak! People work for a living and are expected to do their best at their job and when problems happen they expect the same "best work" from anyone they come into contact with. Shame on you Doug's for not taking care of your customers."

"I bought a new A/C unit from another company 6 years ago. I have never been satisfied with the output from the 4 ton unit. Dallas came and measured the A/C cfm's which was only 28%. He drew up a plan to remedy the air flow with new ductwork. Courtney and Mason were very professional, helpful and thorough with their install. Proper configuration, installment, strapping and sealing of boxes are a must at Doug's and made all the difference in the working, noise and probability the life of my unit."

"Was not satisfied, could not complete the repairs needed to repair a gas leak. He would not be able to complete the job until later in the week. My tenant needed the repair that way she could have hot water and heat. Had to find another contractor to complete the job. In a way it work out cause he was cheaper than Doug's was going to charge me. If Doug's has any question I would prefer to speak with Doug. The plumber explained to me he had other jobs to do which I understood. But leaving the job not completed to me was not acceptable."

"Hi everyone ! I am a single mom, concerned for my safety.and called Doug’s for assistance! My hot water heater went out and when I tried to turn the breaker off it would not budge! So I panicked and first thing I thought fire with water dripping on a wire! So I called told them about my situation and in the rain they came out to put me in a safe mode until Monday when both the electrician and plumber from Doug’s could fix my problem! I give them a five stars!"

"After another HVAC company failed to remedy the issue, we decided to have an all new system installed and Doug's handled it with no problem! They arrived promptly at 8:30am, as scheduled, and didn't leave until after 9pm to make sure that the job was done and done right! They were very courteous and professional and showed great pride and expertise in their work. I will definitely recommend Doug's to anyone needing any kind of A/C work done. It's way too hot to play around with other companies that just want you to waste money!"
