"Went to Carthage the other day to get some deer sausage from the Panola County Processing after getting the sausage we returned home to cook some. After cooking it was immediately put in the refrigerator. Now today 1/26/22 my husband wanted me to cook him breakfast and make some deer sausage. Upon taking the sausage out I noticed it had mold on it and the date on the meat was way out of date with the date of 11/24/21 UNEXCEPTABLE!!! Will never return to this place again the young lady with blonde hair and a little dark tent was very very rude n not friendly at all. She appeared one way over the phone nice and sweet but once you show up her attitude stinks. WILL NOT GO BACK EVER.."

I took a 218 lb pig and ended up with 110 lbs of meat, not an ounce wasted! You get what you pay for! The packaging is clean and airtight. I cannot recommend them enough."

"The ribeye and the jalapeno cheese sausage is excellent. The ribeye was 19.99 a lbs. And worth every penny. If you are within an hour or two. You should stop by. Also a mom and pop business which normally is better anyways. Will definitely be back."
