"After waiting an extended amount of time in drive thru, the disappointment from having cold fries and slightly warm but overcooked chicken nuggets. I couldn't even fuss. It would've took a year to get hot food. The cashier was a hoot and had a great personality."
"By far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I came here to pick up for Uber Eats and waited over a hour before I went to the door to talk to the manager. When I told her I had been waiting over a hour, she just shrugged her shoulders. I told her I was dropping the orders and she had the audacity to get mad at me. They were not busy at all. There is no reason it should've taken that long. I will not take any orders from here again and I will warn every person I know who does delivery services. This is just a whole disrespect of our time!"
"Don’t waste your time or money here. Even doing a mobile order they will get your order wrong. Reached out to customer service and was told the store will reach out to correct this issue and haven’t heard anything from the store. This place doesn’t care at all. Avoid at all cost. You’ll thank me."
"Horrible horrible horrible. It makes no sense for me to order online & still have to wait 30 minutes for food. Even after, I told them my order #, my bag still was overlooked. I've been at work since 6am & only came here, because my baby wanted Mickey D's. However, after having too many negative experiences here, I don't know if I ever want to patronize this establishment ever again. Obviously, customers & their time aren't important. I'm one of the most patient persons that I know, but today that was stripped away."
"The dining area was really dirty and they messed up my order. The staff was friendly and quickly fixed the issue. It is a brand new McDonald's, it would be great if it was clean inside."
