When I watched a YouTube video for 5 minutes, perfect match. Your staff needs training. It took me 5 minutes."

"Its been a while ago I first rated Soma, Baton Rouge. I have shopped there almost every Christmas. Today, customer service is almost non-existent in retail stores. Well, not at Soma. I was once again greeted with a smile and was offered help. I was quick with my decisions, I was not over sold, it was genuine help and I left feeling completely satisfied. One lady, I think she may be the manager, I just can't remember her name recognized me and also greeted me with a smile. That is why I shop at Soma year after year. Good product, good prices, friendly atmosphere."

"Update: I spoke with customer service and they were very apologetic and offered me an opportunity to try again. I went back and things were way better. I did not have to wait nearly as long and the woman handling the dressing rooms was very efficient and kept things moving while taking care of customers. It's clear they need more staff but the bras ended up being excellent. Original review: I waited over 15 minutes just to try bras on. I gave up and left without purchasing anything when I had probably $300+ of bras in my hand to try on. What a waste of my time. I will never attempt to shop here again. All they could say was "sorry we only have 3 fitting rooms". Either a) speed it up or b) get more fitting rooms. How long does it take to try on a bra???? Absolutely ridiculous, poor service."
