"No matter the occasion, I ALWAYS find something!! On trend fashion is there every time! The customer service and fashion advice is top notch! I can't say enough about Rose Beton. One of my favorites!"
"I was unable to complete an exchange for store credit even though the policy is clearly written on the receipt and I asked before making my purchase. I love the uniqueness of the clothes but customer service is equally important. I attempted to exchange the merchandise four days after purchase with the tags still attached. The reason given to me was she did not want any old merchandise in the store. Had this been communicated to me on the day of purchase, I would have made a different decision. I have been a repeat customer over the last few years and spent several hundred dollars here and they just lost me over a $60 dress. Too bad."
"I went in this store today and grabbed a few things. Although some things are overpriced, I love supporting black businesses so when I'm in the mall, I always make it my business to pop in. I've shopped here about 3-4 times in the past and I love the clothes. Today...I was EXTREMELY embarrassed. As I went to try on a couple outfits, the owner (loudly) asked me "Do you have on any underwear?" I was startled but I answered "Yes". She went on trying to explain her reasoning saying something about ppl having crabs. Not ONCE in my life have I ever went to the store and tried on something and got crabs from it....EVER! Not sure what made her so comfortable to say something so absurd to a paying customer. I've never been so humiliated in my life. I'm not speaking for all, but some black business owners make it extremely hard to support black owned business. I'll never go to Rose Beton another day in my life. And if the owner reads this..you definitely need to take a class on customer service. Revenue pays the bills but courtesy and exemplifying good customer service guarantees that you'll have loyal customers to keep your business afloat."
"This was my first time visiting the boutique. Although I had my son and daughter with me, I couldn't resist the beautiful dresses and tops I seen. As we entered the store, my son began to cry. Surprisingly, the lady instantly began to comfort him. And even though he continued to cry she remained patient. I truly admired her genuine spirit. The other lady strapped him in his stroller and pushed him around to allow me the opportunity to try on my selections. I wish all stores had customer service such as this. I'm typically a bargain shopper (unless I really want the item) but I'd treat myself here occasionally for 2 reasons, 1. Everyone was nice and 2. The pieces are fabulous."
"I went to shop at Rose Beton boutique in the mall of Louisiana and the experience was awful. Very rude! My husband and daughter was sitting in the chairs by the dressing room and my husband turned the chairs as the women came out in just pants and a bra. He was trying to be respectful as we shopped. Instead of politely asking him to but the chairs back the way they were, she proceeded to berate him saying how black people always doing what they want in her store. I left the items as I had several items in my hand. He is very upset and so am I as we tried to respect the patrons and she doesn’t respect us as a customer. They don’t have traditional dressing rooms and he was only trying to be a gentleman as the seats in the front were occupied. I’m very appalled to say the least."
