"The owner of this store is very kind. We initially felt awkward going into a baby store to get Ricky the rain frog (Jellycat plush), but the owner conversed with us and I found a fellow Boston terrier lover. While I wasn’t shopping for a kid today, I found the store to be cute and well laid out. Definitely consider this small business if you’re in need of quality items for your child or if you’re looking for a specific Jellycat plush!"

"Lori, the owner of Lulu & Bean is truly a saint and went out of her way to save the day! We are currently headed to Rosemary for vacation and have family photos tomorrow night. I forgot to pack a white bow for my daughter, so I started searching for Children boutiques on the way from Texas! Lori immediately replied to my FB message and accommodated me stopping at their store when they were not quite open so I could shop what I needed. Thank you so very much Lori, I appreciate your amazing customer service !"

"I'm feeling a good bit disappointed by, what I am assuming are, inaccurate storytime details listed on the Lulu & Bean website. I arrived at Lulu & Bean at 9:25 am to spend Valentine's Day morning at storytime with my son. The store was closed and no signage was posted indicating a change in schedule. I visited the Lulu & Bean website to check that I had the correct date (2nd Thursday of each month). No change of schedule was posted on the site. No one answered the phone listed for contact and the voicemail box for the line is not setup. It's frustrating that this is the start of my son's first Valentine's Day. Hopefully Lulu & Bean will improve communications regarding this event moving forward."
