"I’m not sure what old navy is doing to their staff but it can’t be good. As I was checking out, 4 of the employees were acting as if they didn’t want to be there. 3 of them outright said it. That’s not good. Please don’t show up for work if you don’t want to be there. It’s already hard enough for Service professionals right now."

"I had the best experience shopping here. The store was clean and neatly organized and well stocked with christmas PJs and cute winter apparel. The workers were all so polite and kind and helped me multiple times getting down clothes on tall racks. I am excited to go back. Whoever was working at this store 11/18/22 around 245pm was THE BEST. She was an older lady and worked on the floor (wish I got her name) and had the kindest attitude ever!!! Love y'all and Old Navy."
