"Terrible service, they never get your order correct. It doesn't matter how many times you tell them what you want they are going to get it wrong. Really don't understand how they are still in business. I ordered a small coney dog with chili and cheese, the girl asked me if I wanted a 6 inch or a foot long. Then asked does this complete my order and didn't give me a chance to answer. I had to press the little red button again and ask if I could complete my order so she laughed at me. When the order came out it was wrong. The caught an attitude when I ask where my second drink was. Again worse Sonic I have ate at lately."

"You cannot call In An order, even if they answer the phone, you have to order online, or drive through, delivery even, but no orders on the phone! This added to my LONG LIST of who I will never shop again. Also did not order this time, totally done with SONIC."

"Just waited 25 minutes for a mini butterfinger blast. Had to call them twice to remind them, still never got it so i stopped a worker and they were very rude to me about it. Highly upset. gave them a $20 10 minutes ago and still waiting for my change. Maybe if they worried more about the service they provide instead of the the teenagers that hang out in there cars it’d run smoother."
