"This store is franchisee. They do not participate in subway online promotions. Ordered the number 1 cheese steak. They did not give me 2x cheese. They were out of cucumbers and did not offer parmesan cheese. Worst subway evere. Go to the other one in town."
"I get a local coupon in the mail, but they will not honor it. However, if I go through the app, I can get the exact same deal as stated on the mailed printed coupon. Dumb!!! So it takes me far longer to go through all the steps to order online than it does to cut a coupon. I will not be ordering subways in New Iberia ever again. Just a backwards way to provide service when you mailed me one form of a coupon, but you won’t honor it. Go bankrupt for all I care, you would deserve it."
"I dont see how this subway is still in buisness. Their always out of an item or not taking coupons. Plus the w orkers at this location really need to learn how to greet the customers when they walk up to order. On several occasions the employees just stand there looking at you. This place needs improvement"
