To make matters worse, my order wasn't even correct. It's baffling how a restaurant can get something as basic as a pizza order wrong. This visit was a total waste of time and money. I wouldn't recommend this Pizza Hut location to my worst enemy. If you're looking for a fresh, satisfying pizza, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere."
"I haven't ordered pizza in this town in years due to a lack of customer service. I rolled the dice tonight and place an order. I get a call saying they are out of All of their medium dough. Huh? It's 6:30 on a Friday night. Then he's says I have to charge you for a large. I paid online and wasn't sure if my hubby had cash to pay the difference. So I have to call him and once I tried to call the store back from the number that called me, it was the call center. They transferred me to the store and no one answered. This is absolutely shameful."
"This place always forgets to add jalapeños on my pizza and tonight was no different. I finally got to the drive up window and was told to drive around again because they messed up my order again. When I got home the cheese sticks taste like they had cinnamon put on them. I will be trying the new location to see if they can get it right."
