"The manager Michelle and one of the other associates were rude and nasty. My son purchased a item from the Veterans location. The item had a malfunction which wasn’t our fault. She told my son and I that she couldn’t refund the item( even though we had the receipt)and to go back to the location where we brought it. I called three other local stores and they said that wasn’t true. I called her and informed her and she said that she didn’t know. She didn’t apologize or anything. Thank you to the manager at the Veterans location for being professional."
