So I get there on 8/31 Kwanzaa is on a day off and they tell me that it’s not 1 to 2 days but it’ll be a week before they even look at it. Since my car is 450 miles away from losing its warranty, i had to make a choice. Rent a car for a $1000 or bring it back possibly after warranty. How do you go from 1-2 days to 7 or more. Also was told since I didn’t buy the vehicle from that particular dealer there would be nothing they could do for me after it’s out of warranty even though I brought it in early. I did everything I was supposed to do based on the information i was given. This is not indicative of what I expect from GMC. Honor should be present! Will reconsider buying from GMC again after this experience…"
