"Apparently I purchased a Whirlpool washer that has a known issue with the cold water relay failing as I've had to replace this parta couple of times. It would seem that Mitch knows about it because they kept a part in stock. I submitted my insurance claim a few weeks ago. They called the next day after the claim was filed and read the detailed notes and understand exactly what was going on. They fixed the issue in less than an hour the following Monday. I've had a previous issue with the drum not agitating during the rinse cycle and reached out to a previous company I won't call out by name but is local to Breaux Bridge. I've never received good service, call backs, or timely service from them. Romero's a complete 180 of that appliance company. They're always courteous, professional, responsive to phone calls, and timely on the repairs. I apologize I didn't post this review sooner, but I appreciate their professionalism and timeliness."
