"I’ve tried burgersmith several times since they’ve opened their Broussard location and after my first time there every other time I’ve been disappointed in the quality of my food. It’s rarely hot and on this particular occasion I tried their black bean burger for the first time and was shocked by the taste and how the picture online wasn’t even close to how my burger looked in person. Again, I was disappointed."

"One of THE BEST Cheeseburgers I've ever had! They cook your hamburger patty how you ask (Rare, Medium, Well Done). Plus, you can add all kinds of things to it. Their prices are very comparable to the "other" burger places. Also, their Garlic Fries are delicious!!"

"Had the funnest night with the family at Burger Smith and Broussard! I don't know what's wrong with you people from around here but we were literally the only table over there and had the restaurant to ourselves. My kids played every single game on the patio while the wife and I hung out and Miss Savannah served us phenomenal Burger Smith food. You guys need to show some love to this place!"

"3rd visit in 3 years. First visit burger was awesome in 2021, second visit burger was awesome in 2022 , third was tonight was it was a slight disappointment. Grilled chicken sandwich was delish but fried chicken sandwich was a fail. Breast way too big, tasted like old oil, crust fell off, slaw was from a bag and very bland, sauce wasn’t tasty. No pickle. Popeyes is better. Seasoning is missing on chicken, sauce on bun ….I didn’t taste at all due to taste of grease and slaw should be homemade. Onion rings were thin, crispy and hot and very good. Staff was rushed to close. Empty place at 8:50 pm. Price was reasonable if food is a step above fast food."
