"Placed a mobile order waited 10 minutes in line, to be told to move up and wait another 5 minutes for my food. Quite annoying that mobile orders can't even be ordered ahead of time and just be able to pick it up and go."

"0/100. Workers here don't seem to care about their job. A simple "enjoy your meal" would suffice but 9 times out of 10 the workers don't say anything. Often times they forget items that I ordered and paid for, and when I come back there are zero apologies or customer service etiquette. They never give a receipt with my order so it leaves me lost for words. The food tastes terrible and the cleanliness of the establishment is non-existent. Today I was served expired tortilla chips. Do us all a favor and shutdown the establishment and clean it before the health inspectors fine you."

"Don't waste your hard earned money at this establishment. $43 bucks for nothing but nasty! Dining room was out everything except Diet Coke. Took the food to go. Got home and didn't get the order of queso fries. Burgers were absolutely gross.... never going back.... ever, ever....."

"First when we got inside they were all at a table and the manager told them to get up three times. They finally do. We order our food and get our cups. No lids so have to ask for lids. They get mad. We wait got our food and it's cold and old. Didn't even get the ranch like we wanted. Got only 3 nuggets not 4 and they were so old and gross. Every time we come we get old food and told we will do better next time. Still waiting"

"Ordered a number 6 with sprite. Got plain sandwich and stale fries. No receipt. This is not the first time,(or even second) I have had problems with this location. Drive the extra few minutes and go to the pinhook location by youngsville hwy. It's worth it!!"
