"The one in Lafayette Louisiana Northside is fine. I want to several in baton rouge I left, waited to long many workers inside but no one ready to take your order. The one in opelousas next to the interstate is good friendly and fast."

"Don’t order with the mobile app. I’ve done it twice thinking it would be faster. I placed the order 5minutes before I arrived. After I told the order taker my mobile order number she told me to pull up to the 1st window. That guy offered me a receipt which I took then drove to the 2nd window. She gave me my drink and told me to pull to the 3rd window. I sit there about 7 minutes while other vehicles get their order and pull around me. What’s the point of the mobile app? When the girl brought me my bag of food she first put her hands in the bag to check if it was my order! You should know what’s in the bag and if it’s my order!!! Finally, my quarter pounder was cold and dry!! Employees are generally rude."

"Ordered our food but one item was not available due to the ice cream machine not working. As we were waiting for the take out food to arrive the associate came out to our car, explained the situation, and offer a reasonable substitution. Great service!"

"The manager is rude and condescending, no professionalism exists anywhere near here. The coworkers are very disrespectful 99.89% of the times I go there. IF I plan to go there I order on the mobile app to avoid as much attitude and bad energy I can get through a drive through but that doesn’t even work. The staff was beyond rude. I usually avoid this location because of the disrespectful employees, bad food quality, slow lines, and because they always find a new way to mess up my order. I asked them for items that were ordered through the app and on my receipt like SAUCES, and they REFUSED to give them to me then shut the window and walked away. Haven’t seen anything like it. I wouldn’t go. They ruin your mood. The disrespect is beyond me, and don't get me started about the inside atmosphere this place has, it is a void of anything that resemble a welcome environment. If could give them no stars, oh I definitely would. DONE!!!"

"They had 1 job. Apparently, I was informed they hire anyone, after I inquired if they hired Illiterate people who don't know how to follow simple instructions, so, huge fail for McDonald's, huge! And the manager, never took my name, said they hire anyone, so I told her, they either need to properly retrain their crew, how to properly make the burgers and to read the orders correctly."
