"The New Iberia, La location is the saddest Starbucks I’ve ever been in. Where’s the cozy Starbucks feel? The tables look like they were bought at a garage sale… all the chairs are wood, no comfy chairs to enjoy my coffee. It’s also dirty. It’s empty right now, so it shouldn’t! be dirty… tables looked dirty so we sat on the wood chairs by the entry… the table is dirty with crumbs all over it. Step it up Starbucks, you should have higher standards here."
