"i ordered online and picked up in person. they forgot all the sauces, my drink, and one of my fries — they just missed the mark entirely. honestly this isn’t the first time this location forgot several items in my order. taco bell is my fave but i won’t order from this location again."

"By far the worst taco I've been to. Their Supreme crunch wrap is thinner than a pancake. Chicken quesadilla has no chicken in it and is thinner than a piece of paper. Didn't put sauce in that bag so I ate them things raw."

"My partner and I wasn't able to have time to order on the app at the drive thru, the two women said he couldn't do that to pull up to the window. They both were very rude telling him it was his fault and to drive back around. Even going inside before in the past wasn't a good experience or friendly atmosphere or service."

"I wanted to try this Taco Bell location out because of the bad reviews. I know, i know, thats dumb but I was treated nicely by the lady at the window. Everything went smooth and I received my order pretty quick. To my surprise the food was really good. Not just for this restaurant but for Taco Bell in general. I haven’t had “good” Taco Bell in a long time. I enjoyed it. Thanks to all employees for taking pride in your work!"

"August 2019 - Drive thru is still as slow as ever. Waited 30 minutes for 3 cars to get through the drive thru before we could place our order. August 2018 - One vehicle ahead of us & yet it took us 5 minutes to get to order and 12 minutes to wait for our food. It's supposed to be FAST food. Rude workers also. The lady handed us our food and shut the window. Didn't know if we were finished or waiting on something else. Never had that happen before and in no way were we rude. She didn't say a single word to us. Then the good looked like they just slapped everything on a tortilla. One looked like it was biten into. When is managment going to take over and make changes? This is 6 months later and still the same problems. March 2018 - Not sure why we continue to try going here. The slowest drive thru I've ever been through and it never fails we wait at least 20 to 30 minutes to put in our order. Last time we had to pull up to wait on our order for yet another 24 minutes. They're incredibly slow, even inside it takes you at least 6 minutes before you're greeted in which it's like a chore to do their job and take a customers order. Only upside is that he food served we've never had problems with. Update: Inside is disgusting the floors are filthy, sticky and all trashcans were overflowing. Also my latest purchase of a nacho supreme had barley any toppings of meat or cheese and the bean burrito was practically empty."
