"ordered at 7:39 pm didn't get it until 8:35pm, and that was pickup with online order. No apology, no explanation. Although about 820 someone arrived with boxes, so i guess I am supposed to know this without any explanation. I am patient person, but that was ridiculous, to salt the wound the pizza tastes like barbeque sauce, I really wish I would have grabbed a frozen pizza that prompted me to come here, because this took more time. cost more money, and was actually more disappointing. And if that barbeque sauce has high fructose corn syrup in it, I will have another severe issue later. One star because zero is not an option. I know you may not miss my every six week order, but I expect service from service industry. Worst experience in any foodcservice in the past 25 years."

"I like this place but if you ask for stuffed crust they don't like to make it and are very vocal about it. Also if you call and they busy instead of placing you on hold are explaining why that can't take your order just yet they just pick up the phone and hang up on you with no explanation. Other than that the food is always good."
