"I ordered from DoorDash tonight. My original chicken sandwich was so dry and the lettuce was so soggy. My onion rings were pretty good but yall didnt put my zesty sauce in there (as usual) but it disappointed me even more bc my sandwich was SO dry!"

"The food was good but the lady behind the counter which I’m assuming is the manager was so rude l. We sent my friends son up to ask for sauce which we didn’t receive even though we asked when we ordered and he asked for 2 bbq and 2 ranch nothing extreme and the manager turns and tells the cashier no only 1 of each so I went up and told them we had two fries and 2 orders of chicken fries 2 sauces was not enough and I finally got the sauce but the whole time the manager was rude to other customers and was yelling at an older man when we were walking out. I will not be going back! LEARN HOW TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!!!!!"

"Went in last night and all of the workers intentionally ignored my mother while she was at the box so she drove around to order at the window. They told her she needed to go back to the box or come inside. I was on the phone with her at the time waiting in my car so I just went inside to order. The lack of care or concern was written all over their faces and the manager had no control of the situation just blamed the old fries and no cup for a drink on shift changed. I asked for the cups to fix my drink myself and the young girl lied and said the machine was broken but we were already charged $19 for the meal. They all need to be trained on having a better attitude while doing their jobs or just be let go."

"I went and got breakfast this morning and the food was great the girl that helped me was great, nice, and polite. As I was leaving the nice lady that helped me was at the front counter and a red head walked up to her and was just out right mean and disrespectful and ugly to her.i don’t know if it was the Gm or what but I hope this get to the top of the chain. That nice lady DOES NOT need to be treated like that!!!!!"

"I ordered a whopper, fries, and coke. Simple, no special requests, no substitutions. Just an easy order. Unfortunately, my food was disgusting. The whopper meat was unseasoned, rubbery, and much smaller than I have had in the past. The one and only tomato was small and slimy. The three small pieces of lettuce were wilted. The mayo was almost non-existent. The fries, which normally I look forward to especially with the zesty sauce, tasted like they were freezer burnt. And lastly, the coke tastes like it has been mixed with mostly water. Overall, I did not enjoy the food at this location and felt like it was a complete waste of money."
