"3 times I went to this location in Watson la they have this young African-American boy who works there he has been very Rude me and he was outside on the phone while they had cars at the window we sitting there for 10 minutes no one took our order and then 2 days later I go back to get my smoothie I waited 15-20 minutes at the window for my smoothie while 2 white girls was also playing around I have been a manger for 12 years and don’t let anyone play around while people waiting on they order he needs to be fired"

Because of course, now, I'm running late for my day. I drive away & at the second stop sign pick my drink up for a sip And this is my smoothie. missing nearly 6 to 10 oz of my $10 drink. "I went to the Smoothie King where I go almost four or five times a week. I had forgotten my main credit card and had a gift card with about four dollars on it. The shift lead on duty discounted my smoothie so I could afford it and not have to go back home. I told her I would make up for it and maybe come back later for another smoothie. I appreciate her recognizing that I spend almost 60 here a week! Great staff, all of them are really good kids and so friendly. They always get my smoothie right and they are patient when I have a difficult order with add-ins and substitutions. My smoothies are pretty high maintenance and the staff never complains, they just make it like it’s simple and it’s always perfect. Thanks Watson SK."
