"Saturday night 1-27 about 8pm, Demetric was such a sweet n very respectful young man. The Mgr n 3 employees that night are great. They have such a great work dynamic n all respectful employees. Thank y'all for making my night pls do not lose that. The higher-ups should be very proud of y'all."

"Driving back to Texas I had to stop and try Bojangles! I ordered the following items: Peach cobbler $1.99 1 biscuit $0.99 1 small sweet tea $1.99 1 family size mac & cheese $4.29 Total with tax came out to $10.25 All right, so the family mac & cheese was delicious and creamy! I was actually surprised at how creamy and perfect the noodles were. The peach cobbler turns out it’s a half a biscuit, and then some peach filling on top of it. I wasn’t that impressed. Now the biscuit alone perfectly baked. Had the right amount of flakey to soft ratio. Loved that it reminded me of a homemade southern biscuit. The teas tasted like southern sweet tea, so I give them the credit on the sweet tea. Overall it was quick and easy I did have to pull back into the drive through for napkins but overall it was a great experience!"

"The service was great and the food was good, but the only thing that I didn't like was that they stopped serving bone-in chicken. It's all chicken strips, now. My brother was a truck driver and his truck routes would always be in the Southeast, the Carolinas in particular. That's how I knew about Bojangles. I think the cashier said this was the only location that didn't serve bone-in chicken. The one near me. Guess I gotta go to North or South Carolina for bone-in chicken. Service and food were still awesome, though."

"Stopped here driving back to Houston. I am from NC and was raised on bojangles so naturally this peaked my interest. I was disappointed. I ordered the chicken supremes( bojangles name for the tenders) and the cashier said we don’t have that just bone in chicken” I said the tenders to which she said “Oh”. One bite and I threw them away, this definitely wasn’t the bojangles I was use to. The taste was off and very mushy. The fries and biscuit were good but I was overall disappointed!"

"I was raised in the south but I have never been to a Bojangles. Absolutely blown away. They're chicken sandwich, I found to be better than Popeyes. The meat was well seasoned and juicy and the bun was very sweet with a good amount of sauces. My son had the chicken strips which were real meat and very good. The mac and cheese was a little bland but very cheesy. The biscuit was amazing. Probably the best I've ever had at any type of fast food restaurant. Also, the blueberry biscuit which would also be known as a scone in Europe was very good. Sweet tea had a little bit less sugar than McDonald's."
