McDonald's

"Do not go to this McDonald's. Drive to Donaldsonville or Brusly. Never have frappe's or ice cream. The fries were cold and soggy. Asked for chicken nuggets and gave me honey mustard when I asked for BBQ sauce. Gave them the honey mustard back and asked for the correct sauce, the employee took it and said we ain't got none. When I told them the fries were soggy and cold she rolled her eyes."

"Used the mobile app to order. Didn't get all my food, didn't get straws or a receipt, and it took them 20mins and I received cold food. The ppl working didn't acknowledge me just threw my food on the counter the drink was wrong and didn't get me my second drink. They are horrible!! How is this place still in the franchise. They should be ashamed of themselves!!! UPDATE two months later: tried again today just to see if they had coached employees or educated them and no. They are still crappy and less food than last time. The burritos are literally just a tortilla. I guess they stay in buisness because they are the only breakfast place open early. I'll stick with my gas station coffee it's faster and they are never out."

"A next level of hell, indifference and would recommend that they shut the gd doors. Some girl yelling at the entire staff about shes by herself, got 2 kids and doesn't have to be here. Took over 10 minutes and noone came to the counter for the 2 guys that walked and I had to ask for my coffee and left without my food. If zero was an option that's what I would give it!!!"

"This McDonald's is really nasty. We saw a roach crawling on the floor. There were dirty floors. Dirty tables. The meal I got took almost 30 minutes to come out. This place is terrible. Food was cold. This needs to be closed immediately or reported."
