"Clean store, helpful employees"

"I showed up at stines for 3.5 inch drain components and the employee argued with me and I explained to him it was a farmhouse sink and he threw a rebutted telling me he didn't know what I needed. The regular junk that's 3.5 instead of 1.5. Dude you don't belong in retail! It would be nice if employees could look up prices & item numbers in the computer when it's not on the item or the shelf. I promise you'd have more sales."

"So me and my wife were looking for nails for a gate we are building and younger lady came up to help us. Shortly after a woman about my age came over and pulled the young lady away. I mentioned to her she was helping me find the nails I needed for my fence so the woman with the name tag that read “shania” replies with “well I’m her boss so ur gunna have to find someone else” extremely rude and then storms away. As we are heading to check out we pass the lady again. I turned around shortly after passing her and I see her holding the middle finger up at my wife behind our backs. Iv called to report this multiple times and I get pushed to the side with no one reaching back out to me like they say they do so now I’m posting it here. Can’t believe they would give someone like that power. So immature. A grown woman acting like that and then the way she was talking those employees infront of everyone is just disgusting. That blows my mind that stine’s will give someone like that a managers position. Unbelievable"

"Super friendly staff and I’ve never been there and not found what I needed. Good lumber and, again, the guys are very helpful."
